This applies to videos, photos, GIFs, animations, text descriptions, titles, tags, comments, usernames, profile bios, or any other form of content.

Definition of “Animal”

For the purposes of this policy, “animal” means any non-human living creature or any realistic representation or depiction of one, including:

• Real animals
• Photorealistic CGI or computer-generated animals
• Animated or illustrated animals presented in a lifelike manner

Cartoonish, stylized, or clearly fantastical depictions that do not resemble real animals may be evaluated case-by-case, but any suggestion of real-world animal harm or sexual exploitation remains prohibited.

Enforcement Actions

• Violating content is removed immediately upon detection or report.
• Uploading or sharing prohibited material results in account restrictions, up to and including permanent termination.
• Severe or repeated violations may be reported to relevant authorities if they involve actual animal cruelty or illegal activity.

How to Report Violations

If you encounter content that appears to breach this Animal Welfare Policy:

1. Use the “Report” / flag button directly below the video, photo, comment, or profile.
2. Select the most appropriate category (e.g., “Illegal Content” or “Other”) and describe the issue briefly.
3. For detailed reports, submit via our Content Removal Request form.

Reports are handled confidentially and reviewed promptly by our Trust & Safety team.

We use automated detection tools (keyword filtering, image recognition, pattern matching) alongside human moderation to proactively identify and block prohibited content.
