Porn Tones – Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Policy

Last updated: November 2025

Porn Tones maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward any content that depicts, sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children. We actively detect, remove, and report such material whenever it is identified or reported.

We are unequivocally committed to preventing our platform from being used to share, view, or promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — including real imagery, animations, computer-generated content, illustrations, text descriptions, or any other medium that depicts or suggests the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

What Is Strictly Prohibited

Any content is permanently banned if it:

  • Features, depicts, or implies the sexual abuse or exploitation of anyone under 18 years of age (a “child” under this policy)
  • Involves real, fictional, animated, AI-generated, or illustrated minors in sexual contexts
  • Promotes, glorifies, normalizes, or alludes to child sexual exploitation or abuse

This prohibition extends to:

  • Videos, photos, GIFs, and other visual media
  • Written material, including:
    • Titles
    • Descriptions
    • Comments
    • Usernames
    • Profile bios
    • Private messages
    • Tags or metadata

Even indirect references, coded language, or attempts to circumvent filters are treated as violations.

Reporting Obligations

We report every instance of apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline. NCMEC forwards these reports to appropriate law-enforcement agencies worldwide.

We fully support and align with the Voluntary Principles to Counter Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse — a cross-industry, multi-government initiative endorsed by leading technology companies and the Five Country Ministerial (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States). We believe strong internal policies, advanced detection tools, and global collaboration are essential to eradicating online child exploitation.

How to Report Suspected CSAM

If you see anything that appears to violate this policy:

  1. Use the “Report” / flag button directly below the video, photo, comment, or profile in question.
  2. Submit a detailed Content Removal Request via our form (Select “Child Sexual Abuse Material” as the reason and provide as much detail as possible.)

Reports are treated with the highest confidentiality and are reviewed immediately by trained human moderators. Content suspected of being CSAM is disabled pending full investigation.

Urgent situations

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services right away — do not wait for our review.

Anyone — registered user or visitor — can report potential violations. False or bad-faith reports may result in account restrictions.

Additional Resources & Support

We continuously enhance our detection systems (including AI-based age estimation, hash matching, keyword filtering, and proactive sweeps) to keep prohibited material off Porn Tones.
