Porn Tones is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful community. Our Trust & Safety team operates 24/7 to review and action reports of content that breaches our Terms of Service or related policies.
If you become aware of material on Porn Tones that appears to violate our rules — especially content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual acts, revoked performer consent, or other illegal/abusive material — we strongly encourage you to submit a Content Removal Request right away.
Eligible Reasons for Content Removal Requests
You may use this form to report:
- Violations of our Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Policy
- Violations of our Non-Consensual Content Policy (including revenge porn, intimate-image abuse, deepfakes without consent, upskirt/hidden-camera content, etc.)
- Withdrawal or revocation of performer consent from a previously valid agreement
- Breach of an existing performer consent agreement
- Other clearly illegal content under applicable laws
Note: For other types of violations (e.g., spam, harassment, hate speech, copyright issues, general guideline breaches), please use the “Report” / flag button located directly below videos, photos, comments, or profiles. The dedicated removal form is reserved for the serious categories listed above.
Our Investigation & Enforcement Process
Upon receiving a valid report, our team:
- Reviews all provided details and context
- Examines the reported content directly
- Cross-references performer identification, consent records, and age-verification documentation (securely stored for all verified creators)
- Confirms whether the content aligns with verified performers and documented agreements
Outcomes may include:
- Removal of the content if it violates policy or cannot be verified
- Fingerprinting of violative material to prevent re-uploads
- Permanent ban of the uploader for confirmed CSAM, non-consensual content, repeated serious violations, or other egregious breaches
- Reinstatement (only after full verification) if the content is found compliant
We strive to notify you by email when the investigation concludes.
Important Warnings
- Porn Tones takes every legitimate removal request seriously. However, abuse of this process (e.g., repeated false, harassing, or bad-faith reports) slows down our ability to address genuine violations and may result in restrictions on your future reporting privileges or other appropriate measures.
- If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services right away — do not rely solely on our review timeline.
