11. Please report anything you believe is illegal or against our rules using our reporting tools.
12. We may warn users, restrict visibility, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold earnings, and/or report to authorities when rules are broken.
13. Your personal data is handled according to our separate Privacy Policy.
14. Advertisers and other third parties may collect usage data via cookies/beacons. We do not control their practices.
15. You may link to Porn Tones in a fair, non-misleading way (no deep linking or framing without permission).
16. We may end these Terms and your access at any time.
17. Disputes with EU users may go to an out-of-court dispute body under the Digital Services Act.
18. For US users: most disputes go to binding individual arbitration (no class actions or jury trials).

Full Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing, viewing, uploading to, or otherwise interacting with Porn Tones (porntones.com), you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all incorporated rules and guidelines.

2. Who We Are

Porn Tones is operated by the company that owns and manages the platform (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”).

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

You represent that:

6. User-Uploaded Content – Your Promises

If you upload, post or submit any videos, images, comments or other material (“Your Content”), you represent and warrant that:

• All individuals appearing are at least 18 years old at the time of creation
• You possess valid, legible age-verification records (government-issued photo ID + date of production) for every person appearing
• Every person appearing gave voluntary, informed, written consent to be recorded and to have the material distributed on Porn Tones
• No person appearing has any conviction related to sexual offenses against minors, trafficking, or similar serious crimes
• Your Content does not contain or depict: child sexual abuse/exploitation, non-consensual acts, revenge/intimate-image abuse, extortion, snuff, torture, bestiality, incest, promotion of terrorism, extreme violence, or any other illegal or prohibited subject
• You own or control all necessary rights (copyright, publicity, etc.) or have proper licenses/permissions

We may refuse, remove, demonetize or delete any content — with or without notice — if we believe it violates these rules or creates legal risk.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Upload, post or share anything illegal in any jurisdiction
• Attempt to bypass age/ID verification systems
• Harass, threaten, dox, impersonate or stalk others
• Post spam, scams, malware, phishing links
• Promote or facilitate prostitution, trafficking or paid sexual acts
• Use bots, scrapers, auto-downloaders or other unauthorized automation
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with security, copyright protection or ad systems
• Collect personal data about other users without consent

8. Reporting & Moderation

We encourage users to report suspected illegal or rule-breaking content. We review reports (especially from verified/trusted reporters) and may take action including content removal, account restrictions, permanent bans, withholding of earnings, and reporting to law enforcement.

9. Account Termination & Consequences

We may suspend or permanently terminate access, visibility, monetization or payouts at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created legal risk, or for any other reason.

10. Intellectual Property & Licenses

You retain ownership of Your Content. However, by uploading, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, promote, reproduce, create derivatives (for moderation/training purposes), and otherwise use Your Content in connection with operating and promoting Porn Tones. This license survives account deletion for reasonable backup/archival purposes.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use (or inability to use) the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Cyprus.
